Private banking users don't want friction, they want precision. This project took complex financial flows and simplified them into something clean and confident, designed to match the exclusivity of the service itself. I audited the existing UX to find where things felt clunky or overcomplicated, then streamlined key user journeys so every action felt intentional. From there, I designed dashboard flows that made dense financial information easy to scan and act on, keeping everything clear without losing the premium feel the bank is known for. The result was an experience that felt less like using a bank and more like being handled by one.
